Birthday Parties and More Celebrations!
Thank you for celebrating Larry's 40th Birthday and my Mom's 75th Birthday/6year battle with Stage 4 Lung Cancer!

This is a very special day for so many reasons and your attendance means so much to me and our family!

There is plenty of parking on our street and the adjacent blocks.
What should I wear?
I will be in swim trunks :)
We have a heated salt water pool that will be set to 95F and with a maximum depth of 6ft - perfect for wading in . We will have three changing rooms available (one outside and two inside) and a shower if you need to use it. We also have towels for swimmers who forget to bring their own.
In our area the daytime temperature is expected to be in the low 80s followed by an afternoon/evening temperature in the low 70s. To keep our outdoor spaces comfortable the entire patio and the upstairs deck is fully heated, and there are plenty of spaces inside the house for you to enjoy.
It is our custom not to wear shoes in the house so we recommend wearing flipflops or something you can easily slip on and off as you move between the outdoor and indoor spaces.

What food will be served?
Traditional Filipino Food will be served buffet style, catered by one of the best Filipino caterers in the city. In addition to the Filipino food we will also have slow cooked ribs, pizza and cake.

Unfortunately, anyone with dietary restrictions may not be fully accommodated at our event, if you are unable to eat the food below, we kindly ask that you bring the food that you can eat. We will be more than happy to refrigerate/heat your food when you would like to eat it.

How Can I help?
Please do not worry about helping out - but being our friends I know that isn't an acceptable answer for many of you so if you want to help by bringing something you enjoy drinking (both alcoholic and non alcoholic) . We anticipate a larger than normal group for this occasion so any help in this regard is appreciated!
What does your mom like?
Gifts are not necessary at all. We're more than blessed - but if you would like to bring white roses I'm sure she would appreciate it.
Is it ok to arrive later?
All of you know me - so you already know my answer :)
If you must be late - please know we will be celebrating the birthdays at around 8p, so we would love to see you by then. With that said we highly recommend that you arrive before then to ensure you park in a convenient location, have ample time to enjoy the pool, enjoy the widest selection of food and take your time getting to know all of our great friends.
