About
Sacred Humanity Framework™
“Restoring dignity through theology, education, and belonging.”

The Sacred Humanity Framework™ is a proprietary educational model developed by Dr. Roy V. Quinto, Ed.D., M.Ed., MBA, synthesizing insights from advanced graduate training in education, theology, and leadership—including doctoral research in critical queer pedagogy at Loyola Marymount University (1), a master’s in higher education from Harvard, and an MBA in Leadership and Strategy from UCLA Anderson. This framework is not theoretical—it is the direct application of a 20+ year career spent within and alongside Catholic schools, diocesan offices, and Christian educational networks, bridging theological integrity with institutional strategy.

Rooted in Catholic Social Teaching, liberation theology, and critical pedagogy, the Sacred Humanity Framework™ is built for institutions seeking to align their mission with practice. It affirms the sacred worth (Imago Dei) of every person—regardless of background, identity, or belief—and positions education as a transformative act when it restores that dignity.

This work sits at the intersection of faith and formation in a moment of historic consequence. With over 2 million students enrolled in Catholic schools globally, and more than 60,000 Christian K–12 institutions in the U.S. alone, the potential for transformation is immense.(2-4)These schools steward multi-billion-dollar operating budgets, shape moral leadership across generations, and serve tens of thousands of students who are often navigating identity, faith, and belonging in silence. The Sacred Humanity Framework™ offers a theologically grounded, pedagogically rigorous, and institutionally scalable response to that silence—turning courageous conviction into courageous practice.
